Evaluar, diseñar, implementar y gobernar:
1.- Soluciones de sistemas para gestionar nuevos productos/servicios fijos y móviles para clientes B2C y B2B
2.- Líderar proyectos críticos y requerimientos que impactan significativamente en nuestros sistemas FULL STACK +SIMPLE CRM (Customer Relationship Management) y OMS (Order Management System), en particular los procesos de Fulfillment y Assurance.
Funciones asociadas al rol
Tu día a día será:
Evaluar y cuestionar requerimientos de las áreas de negocio referidos a nuevos P/S y su gestión de venta y postventa en +Simple
Elaborar propuestas de solución técnicas/funcionales a los requerimientos del punto anterior.
Definir especificaciones funcionales/técnicas a los equipos de desarrollo por los requerimientos del punto 1.
Asegurar la integridad y consistencia en las soluciones para la comercialización de nuevos P/S considerando el ecosistema tecnológico que existe en la compañía.
Gestionar proyectos de soluciones tecnológicas desde su especificación técnica hasta su implementación en ambiente de Producción.
Elaborar informes y cuadros de mando de los proyectos bajo su gestión.
Analizar incidentes en las soluciones tecnológicas y plantear soluciones correctivas.
Gestión de proyectos regulatorios
Formación académica en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o afines (Bachiller o Titulado).
Experiencia laboral en gestión de proyectos y desarrollo de software. Mínima 3 años. De preferencia en la industria de telecomunicaciones.
Conocimientos sólidos en modelamiento y bases de datos, diseño y desarrollo de software. (Oracle, SQL)
Conocimiento y experiencia de metodologías de desarrollo ágiles (SCRUM), con certificación deseable.
Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas (Enterprise Architect, JIRA, SoapUI, Remedy, Bizagi, etc) - Intermedio
