Venture Builders Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Remodeling Project Manager.
Project Manager responsibilities:
Making completion deadlines
Working in the field as needed hands on
Ordering materials
Scheduling subcontractors
Keeping up with change orders.
Ensuring timelines and quality of work are up to the standards of our company and what our clients demand.
Keeping technicians and subcontractors on track and productive.
Project Manager Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in all phases of construction.
Must have good management and people skills.
Must be able to communicate well and be well organized.
Must be clean cut and dependable.
Clean driving record
Project Manager Compensation:
$25-30/hour (Depending on experience)
