Senior Product Manager Cybersecurity Products

Intrado is looking to add a Senior Product Managerto join our team.
This role will be responsible for leading Intrado's Cybersecurity product suite and delivering exciting next generation solutions to the market.
Intrado is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Security cloud offerings and ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers and market.

The person in this role will manage multiple products within Intrado's Life & Safety segment, working with business and development teams to deliver and grow state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions that help save people's lives.
You will be responsible for defining and leading the development of cybersecurity solutions that meet industry and customer expectations as well as market demands You will take a hands-on role working with agile teams, business stakeholders and counterparts to support new, go-to-market initiatives as well as assessing the lifecycle of all solutions under your management.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build a firm understanding of the market including the customer, their needs and how to meet these successfully.
• Identify new markets, market opportunities, and consider adjacent sectors to grow the product suite.
• Lead in use case definitions and support agile team(s) as they break down requirements.
• Develop and present business cases to executives and gain their buy-in for product growth investments.
• Support all P&L related line items for the Analytics solutions.
• Maintain and share market, customer and competitive trends and share analyses with internal stakeholders.
• Continually evaluate product offerings for improvements in process and solutioning for customer needs
• Partner with Marketing teams on new and current content, marketing campaigns and more as needed.
• Contribute new ideas for products that support all Intrado solutions.
• Communicate status on in-development and in-market solutions.
• Present and gather research from customer engagements.
• Develop and monitor pricing for solutions and track costs.
• Other product management related duties as assigned.
• Define solutions, drive the development process, and support review meetings.
• Leverage internal and external stakeholders to gain insights and find solutions for problems affecting product delivery.
• Prioritize work with data and perspective from business and customers to help establish master schedules, resolve prioritization conflicts to help achieve product delivery plans.
• Create and deliver product and solution presentations to customers and internal teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Sciences or Data Sciences/ Analytics Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, or a related field is required, however equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
• Great-to-haves • Understanding of emerging MDR (managing detection and response) solutions, Security risk management, Threat intelligence, Endpoint detection & prevention domain and/or Cloud based security, SaaS Application and Workload Security and SASE domain.
  Accreditations such as CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP or similar

Experience and Technical Skills:

• Prior experience launching new products, 5+ years Cloud-based and/or SaaS cybersecurity products and vulnerability management and analytics and business intelligence experience is strongly preferred.
• Solid Network and Cloud Securityknowledge (Zero Trust and Cybersecurity Best Practice experience)
• Previous experience in actively managing hardware-based platforms.
• Strong go to market skills and knowledge of the Security market, segmentation, offers, packaging, and strategies
• Solid understanding of Pragmatic Marketing and/or similar certifications
• Ambitious thought leader that will continue to advance the cybersecurity solutions as an integral part of Public Safety Solutions portfolio.
• Prior experience delivering and launching new cybersecurity products is strongly preferred.
• Autonomous, business oriented and resourceful self-starter
• Financial acumen, understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.
• Great team-player
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills are crucial.
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, and other concepts would be an asset.
• Good command of Business Intelligence tools like Microsoft PowerBI would be an asset.

The hiring range for this position is anticipated between $135,000 and $155,000 CAD and will be commensurate with experience.
