Responsabilités
Participer aux stratégies d'implantation de projets de migration d'infrastructure technologique
Assurer le support et la surveillance des systèmes informatiques pour garantir la sécurité, la stabilité et la performance des réseaux
Participer au développement continu et d'implantation des nouvelles technologies
Bâtir des plans de recommandation et signaler les anomalies sur les réseaux
Participer aux exercices d'audits et d'analyse
Travailler de concert avec l'équipe TI afin de maintenir un excellent niveau de fiabilité des réseaux informatique.
Faire de la recherche sur les meilleures pratiques du milieu et proposer différents scénarios
Configurer différents équipements (routeurs, switches, etc), serveurs, stratégie de sauvegarde
Supporter les usagers à tous les niveaux (1-2-3) à l'aide d'interventions téléphoniques, par écrit ou en personne
Épauler l'équipe de support pour pallier aux situations d'urgences
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation de l'infrastructure
Compétences et connaissances
Les habiletés et les connaissances se présentent sous différentes formes et peuvent être basées sur des expériences pertinentes, c'est pourquoi nous vous encourageons vivement à poser votre candidature, même si vous ne remplissez pas toutes les exigences énumérées ci-dessus.
AEC, DEC ou Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information / réseautique ou dans une discipline jugée pertinente et/ou expériences pertinentes
Connaissances en configuration de pare-feux (firewalls), routeurs, commutateurs (switches)
Connaissances du protocole TCP/IP
Très bonne connaissance en sécurité informatique
Excellente connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation Microsoft Windows serveur, Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL
Connaissances Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, virtualisation avec VMWare, Veeam et M365
Orientation vers les processus et les projets tout en étant en mesure d'exécuter plusieurs tâches à la fois.
Excellentes aptitudes pour les communications interpersonnelles et le service à la clientèle.
Forte capacité analytique et habileté à faire de la recherche et à résoudre les problématiques impliquant la technologie
Adore relever des défis, capacité d'adaptation et de gérer des situations complexes
Bonne maitrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé (atout)
Certification reconnue CCNA ,VCP, Comptia A+, MCNA, MCP etc… (atout)
Permis de conduire obligatoire
