American Auto Shield (AAS) specializes in Vehicle and Home Service Contract development and superior claims administration. Were looking for a Jr DW Developer that will work in the Data Governance and Strategy team and assist with related projects in the companys Data Warehouse environment. This role requires the knowledge of Business Intelligence, and SQL Server Database.

*You will*

* Identify, analyze, and interpret the requirements from Business Departments as an architectural process, and data modeling

* Optimize current processes with effectiveness in system resources and performance

* Develop the sustainable data integration processes across the systems in on-premises and cloud environments

* Equip the knowledge and experience in the Insurance or Auto Warranty Service industries

* Work closely with Data Warehouse Architect to generate the BI reports

* Demonstrate the solution development expertise in Database and Data Warehouse

*Supervisory Responsibilities*

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

* 1-2 years of experience required

* Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server (version 2016 or later) and Integration Services (SSIS)

* Knowledge and experience in data modeling and database development skills to leverage SQL Server

* Knowledge in Business Intelligence such as Power BI, Tableau

* Experience of Microsoft DevOps platform

* Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process

* Knowledge of Agile Methodology

* Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot)

* Strong data analytical skills to handle significant amounts of information with details and accuracy

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with documentation

* Self-motivated and Detail-Oriented

* Excellent time/project management skills

* Creative problem-solving abilities

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information System, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent suitable experience.

* Competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000-70,000 per year.
