The Technical & Presales consultant is responsible for the technical relationship with customers and providing technical support for ongoing customers and assisting in presales activity.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand customerrequirements and business objectives.
Prepare and delivertechnical presentations explaining Fruits 360 & Fruits insights tocustomers and prospective customers.
Conductdemonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Fruits 360 & Fruitsinsights.
Collaborate withsales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Answer potentialcustomer questions and follow-up call questions.
Respond to technicalaspects of RFPs.
Work with productteam to ensure that the solutions being offered can be tailored to meet thecustomers' requirements.
Provide feedbackfrom new prospects or existing customers to Sales & Product Management.
Provide technicalassistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems andsoftware.
Guide customerthrough troubleshooting process to ensure solving any issues within the givenSLA.
Diagnose and resolvetechnical software issues alone or in cooperation with product team.
Contribute to theoverall training process for new customers.
(if required).
Follow up withcustomers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
Reconcile possiblemismatching in data using Microsoft MS Software.
QA for new dashboardreleases and features (If required).
Requirements Academic Prerequisites:
Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Personal Qualities:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.

Leaves & Holidays Policy as per Saudi Labor laws, some of which being:
Annual Leave:
22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
Holidays:
paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Saudi National Day and Saudi Founding Day.
Compassionate Leave:
Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee's parent, spouse, or child.
Sick Leave:
Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary, during each year of service.

Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employee's basic salary.
