We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Online Web Chat Associate to join our team at Oneok in Wellington, NZ.
As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.
Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2.
Utilize decision-making skills to determine the best course of action for each customer interaction.3.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.4.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up as necessary.5.
Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
