Global Consumer Business Insights & Analytics Senior Manager - Equity and Comms - Oral Health Power

We are recruiting for a Global Insights & Analytics Senior Manager (Lead) with particular focus on leading Communication Excellence and Creative Campaigns, designing global communication to reach consumers, shoppers and Dental Health Experts.
This role also includes Innovation development in partnership with Insight and Innovation Lead with particular focus on Equity growth.
Together, the Global CBIA Leads Equity and Innovation are responsible for nurturing and inspiring winning Global Oral health strategies for Sensodyne through a deep understanding of consumers, customers and markets.

You will drive decision making from consumer insight & analytics to power business growth as an integral part of Sensodyne leadership team within Oral Health.

This role is of hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite.
We require presence onsite the office in Weybridge St George's every Tuesday, the remaining office days can be based either from Weybridge St George's, from Bankside, London, or London Agency based.

Working in partnership with your co-lead for Sensodyne CBIA, you will:

• Deliver strategic global brand planning for Sensodyne to build strong Brand Health and drive performance.
• Lead the development of global communication, and innovation projects to reach Sensodyne growth goals
• Act as a trusted business partner and key advisor for Sensodyne business, demanding business action to deliver improvements and changes to communication and innovation development to maximise incremental growth for Sensodyne.
• Deliver the Deep Human Understanding and Foundational learning programme for Sensitivity & Enamel Health, seeking continuing transformational insight in Oral Health category
• Play a leading role in the ongoing transformation of the CBIA function, championing strong capabilities in areas such as marketing effectiveness, digital advertising performance, agile research & behaviour change

Support strategy and business growth

• Own a comprehensive understanding of the business environment for your assigned subcategory/ies - Sensitivity & Enamel Health
• Steer the development of strategic brand equity foundations incl.
  brand heart, strategic target, consumer and expert journey and task maps.
• Identify Brand growth and profit opportunities by understanding drivers of evolving consumer, shopper and expert behaviour.
  Consider global self-care and Oral Health relevant trends in designing future Brand growth path.
• Use strong business acumen and translate findings into actionable insights to drive growth through influencing at senior levels of the organisation
• Contribute to key brand leadership forums and business & financial processes with relevant inputs, actionable insights and business ideas.
• Generate key insights on brand consumers and competitors, support Consumer Business Insights & Analytics Director and Global Brand Lead counterpart(s) in developing a portfolio view of category
• Champion and role model the use of new and existing CBIA tools and platforms

Diverse equity & brand asset development:

• Deliver on going brand growth through clear communication of Equity growth pathways and guidance on how to grow brand to be Meaningful, Different and Salient
• Steer development of communication and brand assets aligned with Brand and Oral Health Category strategy and markets;
• Co-create media neutral ideas, support comms development across all touchpoints of the consumer journey to strengthen brand development, purpose and positioning.

Be a leader for change in Deep Human understanding & deep Market Understanding:
Embody Voice of Consumer Customer & Expert

• Ensure that Deep Human Understanding & Deep Market Understanding is infused and adopted within the sub-category or brand(s) (e.g.
  with R&D, commercial, marketing and digital teams)
• Drive thought provoking insight with tangible implications, integrating and leveraging the multiple sources of information available within and outside Haleon
• Articulate clear and compelling storylines with concrete next steps to drive business action

Drive Innovation Development and Evaluation

• Inspire and steer product & commercial innovation based on unmet, under-met or new consumer needs.
• Lead the design of concept evaluation and testing for claims, comms and commercial assets.
  Support development of new platforms and concepts and influence the selection & refinement processes.
• Evaluate success of in-market launches and incorporate learnings/ recos for future market roll-out optimization and further innovation development to enhance return on marketing investment.

Drive development partnership and relationship building to effectively deliver the full brand programme

• Work in close partnership with your CBIA colleagues in Sensodyne
• Build global - local partnership with CBIA leads for regional Business Units
• Build a strong network and working relationship with preferred partners/ market research suppliers
• Manage partner resource effectively to deliver full Brand programme

Targeted areas of expertise include strengths in any of the following:

• Business experience in global markets outside Europe (China, India, APAC, LATAM)
• Driving Pack and shelf /shopper Insight expertise both offline and online (esp Digital Marketing and D Commerce)
• Brand building Communication Development including use of Digital Data Analytics & driving Marketing Effectiveness,
• Insight mining to develop award winning advertising
• Innovation development

Experience required:

• Hands-on experience with a wide range of learning methodologies incl.
  through data, and a track record of successful implementation of communication, equity growth and innovation development across multiple geographies

• Experience of working across multiple markets and cultures through both in-market and global HQ roles.

• Target profile combines insights experience from international FMCG/healthcare with seasoned insight and communication research subject matter expertise, including D comms and digital marketing
