This is an exciting opportunity within the Group Billing and Revenue Assurance Team in Group Finance, this role involves actively supporting the delivery of the strategy and objectives through global finance projects with particular focus on billing and revenue recognition.

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategy and objectives by participating and progressing a number of Aria and other Billing projects.

As a Billing Business Analyst, you will be working with the regional businesses to understand and document use cases, requirements and processes and provide subject matter expertise to determine improvements, investigation into solution options and designs that are aligned with the agreed Experian strategy.

Key Responsibilities:-

Job duties include project support, requirement gathering, system and requirements documentation, functional design, business case development, helping write strategy white papers, solution evaluations, ensuring definition of, and where needed, coordinating testing for any development and system enhancement initiatives.

Work with line manager to prioritise objectives, billing strategy and project deliverables. Help make decisions about the best way to implement the business requirements and business processes, which include process documentation, strategy papers, writing business cases and gap analysis work and best practise guidance material as well as delivery of efficient solutions to meet the needs of the business.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Billing including developing/implementing best practices, systems, processes, and tools; and liaising with 3rd party providers.

Support regional teams in developing billing business cases and proposal options ensuring alignment with the agreed global billing strategy.

Provide best practices and ongoing support to the business on how to leverage tools and systems and global standardisation of billing process and functionality as well as business process change.

Qualifications

Candidates should have both Business Analysis and Project Management skills with a good understanding of key finance processes and experience in the finance function of a multi-national company

Experience in Billing Processes and understanding of Systems, Payments processing and Revenue Assurance processes and solution implementation.

Experience leading as Business Analyst and strong functional knowledge of Billing Solutions, processes, and operations.

We use Aria billing solutions, any experience with this solution is highly desirable
