In this role, you\'ll be part of a passionate team committed to placing students at the core of everything we do.
As an Employer Engagement Advisor, you\'ll seek new business opportunities and engage with employers across the Sheffield City Region, helping to create valuable apprenticeship opportunities for our students.Key Responsibilities Assist with sourcing business opportunities which meets sales targetsWork with employers across industry sector networks to determine future skill and talent pipeline requirementsProfessionally manage business opportunities alongside the Employer Engagement team by developing and building your own network of contactsActively seek new opportunities in all markets, evaluating and qualifying leads.Assist in providing excellent account management and customer service to clients.Skills & KnowledgeWe strive to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from individuals who believe they can contribute effectively to this role.
While not mandatory, we are particularly interested in candidates who embody the following qualities:
