If so, this could be the perfect role for you working in a busy exams function as part of The Sheffield College supporting the delivery of exams and other assessments to over 10,000 students each year.The role is primarily based at the City campus but expect to work at all of Sheffield College\'s main campuses.
You will be working with all Academy Directors, Heads of School, Sector Directors and other teaching staff to understand new and emerging types of assessment and what that means to the exams team who plan and deliver those events.Key Responsibilities Understanding and planning the use of resources of the Exams Function by understanding the requirement of academies.Regularly meeting staff in academies to understand their curriculum offer, their delivery models, assessment needs and their student demographic.Working with Exams Officers and Administrators to understand registration and exam entry procedures including specific actions for T Levels, Apprentices Higher Education and Professional Qualifications.Working with Exams Officers and Administrators to streamline the management of exam booking and to increase compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisation rules.Using data from Business Intelligence reports to support staff in making informed and student-first decisions to maintain compliance and increase performance.Skills & KnowledgeWe strive to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from individuals who believe they can contribute effectively to this role.
