Your commitment with us

You will be actively involved in our diverse IT areas, from infrastructure to application development and product integration to operations, giving you the ideal introduction to our IT department
You will expand and deepen your IT knowledge and experience through your practical work in the various departments
You will gain insights into other areas of responsibility at the Bundesbank during training courses lasting several weeks, which take place in the Rhine-Main region
These will be deepened during your assignments in business areas outside IT and in our head offices (e.g.
the HV Hessen)
The trainee program starts on 1 December 2024 and is limited to twelve months
After the trainee program, the aim is to offer permanent employment

Your qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent degree in (business) computer science or a comparable degree program with a focus on IT; the degree must be completed by the date of employment at the latest
Good knowledge of application development, IT infrastructures and product integration as well as an interest in new technologies
Good knowledge of the principles and application of agile working methods
Good conceptual and analytical skills
Strong team orientation and personal responsibility as well as openness to innovative ways of working
Very good knowledge of German (language level at least C1)
Good knowledge of English
