Are you a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager looking for a new challenge? We are now seeking a Flagship Store Manager for our store in Copenhagen.

What you will do:

• As a Store Manager at J.Lindeberg, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing our business by leading your team in the day to day business, and delivering client experiences that inspire and guide.
  
  
• We expect you to lead, develop and support your team to deliver seamless and personalized client experiences thru a client centric approach.
  
  
• With a strong focus and knowledge on how to build longterm client relationships thru experiences , CRM and clienteling, you will be a key person in growing the brand in the market.
  
  
• You will report to the Operations Manager, and together with your team and the HQ supporting roles you'll work to create a brand-right experience that welcomes clients into the J.Lindeberg community.

Specific experience and qualifications for this role:

• Have previous proven retail and management experience of at least 5 years with premium and high end fashion brands in leading and developing teams.
  
  
• Previous experience of working successfully with CRM and clienteling to build longterm client relationships and identify localized opportunities.*
  
  
• Anchored in Copenhagen with a strong understanding of the local market and competitors, to actively drive increase in market shares.
  
  
• In-depth understanding of KPI:s and their impact on the business, and a strong ability to set and execute on strategies that will have a substantial impact.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and preferably Danish.
