Who are we?
Our change communication team consists of 30 Implement consultants working in our offices in Aarhus, Hellerup and Munich.
We are passionate about communications and devoted to helping organisations create change and transformations that stick.
We work closely with our clients to help them identify and articulate the common purpose behind the change (a new strategy, a new system or new processes) and translate it into something that feels relevant to all stakeholders involved.

Our WHY
Studies show that more than 50% of all failing change efforts can be attributed to poorly managed communication.
From more than 600 projects, we know that a fundamental reason for this depressing number is the failure to bridge the mental gap between management pushing the change and the employees being asked to adapt to a new strategy, IT system or sustainability commitment.
That is what we are here to change.

What will you do?
Our projects come in many shapes and sizes, and so do the tasks that you will find yourself carrying out on a day-to-day basis.
This gives you a great opportunity to influence your work life and career path.

Depending on your academic background and interests, you will work on projects such as:

• Communicating IT transformations:
  Strategically designing effective communication plans and elements to ensure the necessary understanding and engagement among affected stakeholders during the implementation of new IT systems and digital solutions.
  
• Mobilising strategy rollouts:
  Translating strategic ambitions into tangible initiatives and creating meaningful narratives to mobilise strategies across departments and organisational layers.
  
• Establishing engagement and cultivating communities:
  Designing workshops to foster positive changes in organisational culture and co-creating solutions with companies to build ownership, conceptualise values and develop impactful initiatives tailored to the company strategy.
  
• Building capabilities and training:
  Equipping managers and employees with the necessary skills to successfully adapt to the new reality and ways of working through tailored learning journeys and capability upskilling.
  
• Promoting sales and marketing:
  Organising social or professional events, copywriting and supporting other sales and marketing activities to create awareness both internally and externally.
  

Regardless of the size and scope of the project, our aim is to provide the missing link between management and employees in organisations.
Simply put, we exist to make change with impact by making change meaningful and engaging through communication.

Your profile
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic communication consultant who:

• Has a relevant academic degree in communication plus 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  
• Has experience with content, comms planning, coordination, project management and/or change.
  
• Possesses extensive communication skills and the ability to express themselves fluently in written and spoken English.
  
• Is curious and eager to learn - and who will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
• Is self-driven and can work independently without direct supervision and take ownership of tasks.
  
• Has a positive mindset and loves to engage in and contribute to the social life of Implement and the change communication team.
