Your Role:

As an Integration Specialist, you will serve as the technical owner of our OneTrust platform, responsible for its configuration, maintenance, development and integration with cross-platform systems.
Collaborating closely with your team members, internal stakeholders and external vendors, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of consent data from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) while developing solutions to support business requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and optimizing the OneTrust platform, including data management and integrations.
  
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the platform in collaboration with the team and external partners.
  
• Evaluating and driving development tasks for new modules and functionalities on the OneTrust platform.
  
• Collaborating with business partners to understand their needs and provide technical solutions to support their requirements.
  
• Expanding your knowledge of data architecture and other platforms in the Commercial domain, such as Veeva Vault and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to contribute to broader technical initiatives.
  

Your future team
As Integration Specialist, you will be a part of the Commercial Digital Solutions team located within Global IT.
The team works closely together with the Commercial business unit to support Commercial and Medical business objectives.
We operate and develop the IT platforms used in this domain to strengthen Lundbeck's Commercial and Medical capabilities.

Global IT is a developing organization with approximate 130 colleagues around the world.
We deliver IT and digital solutions while ensuring efficient operations to more than 5300 colleagues across all business areas.

The position is based in Valby,

Qualifications:

• Experience in configuring and maintaining the OneTrust platform.
  
• Understanding of data management and consent management principles, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Proficiency in configuring API integrations and cross-platform connections.
  
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM is advantageous.
  
• OneTrust certification is a plus.
  
• Curiosity about data architecture and a willingness to expand knowledge to other platforms, such as Veeva Vault.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
