Le Centre de services scolaire de la Baie-James désire combler un poste régulier à temps plein (100%) au Service des ressources financières, à Chibougamau.
Nature du travail
L'emploi de régisseur consiste à assumer un rôle de services-conseil et d'expertise fonctionnelle auprès des gestionnaires du centre de services scolaire pour favoriser la gestion optimale des ressources financières.
Responsabilités
Il comporte principalement l'exercice de responsabilités de gestion des activités suivantes :
Participer à l'élaboration des procédures et des systèmes relatifs aux opérations financières;
Assurer la gestion des activités techniques et administratives se rapportant à différents contrôles financiers;
Participer aux activités budgétaires et opérations comptables du CSS;
Réaliser des études et des analyses, rédiger des avis, émettre des recommandations sur des sujets de nature financière;
Conseiller les gestionnaires de l'organisation sur toute question relevant de ses responsabilités;
Concevoir des outils de recherche et de prise de décision pour faciliter le travail des directions d'unité administrative;
Assumer toute autre responsabilité compatible à sa fonction, que peut lui confier son supérieur immédiat.
Qualifications requises
Diplôme d'études collégiales dans un champ d'études approprié, en lien avec les responsabilités qui sont dévolues à ce poste, notamment en administration, en comptabilité ou en finance;
6 années d'expérience pertinentes à la fonction.
Conditions de travail
Selon le « Règlement déterminant certaines conditions de travail des cadres des commissions scolaires… du MEES-DGRT »;
Prime d'éloignement de 6 472 $ sans personne à charge et de 9 258 $ avec personne à charge;
Les frais de déménagement sont assumés par l'employeur pour un déménagement à plus de 50 kilomètres de la résidence de la personne recrutée.
Traitement
Traitement annuel se situant sur une échelle entre 57 354 $ et 76 470 $ plus la prime d'éloignement.

Exigences particulières
Bonne connaissance du français parlé et écrit;
Aisance dans l'utilisation d'outils informatiques.
Profil recherché
Excellentes habiletés de gestion, rigueur, sens de l'organisation et de la planification;
Leadership et capacités démontrées à travailler en équipe;
Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et de service à la clientèle;
Grande autonomie professionnelle.
Des tests de sélection en administration seront exigés aux personnes retenues. La réussite de ceux-ci à 75 % est conditionnelle à l'embauche. Des tests psychométriques seront administrés afin de connaître le profil du candidat.
