Le Centre de services scolaire de la Baie-James désire combler un poste d'agente ou d'agent de développement (conseillère ou conseiller en santé et sécurité au travail) surnuméraire à temps plein à la direction générale .
Nature du travail
L'emploi d'agente ou agent de développement comporte plus spécifiquement la recherche, l'analyse et le développement d'activités reliées à une thématique particulière telle que les relations avec la communauté, la prévention de la violence et de la toxicomanie, l'analyse des besoins de formation des entreprises, le développement organisationnel, le développement du support technologique, la révision de processus administratifs. L'agente ou l'agent voit à la planification, la coordination et l'animation de la mise en œuvre d'un plan d'action en lien avec une thématique et faisant appel aux ressources internes et externes du Centre de services scolaire.
Qualifications requises
Diplôme universitaire terminal de premier cycle dans un champ de spécialisation approprié.
Conditions de travail
Les conditions de travail sont régies par la convention collective en vigueur;
Prime d'éloignement annuelle de 6 472 $ sans personne à charge et de 9 258 $ avec personne à charge;
Les frais de déménagement sont assumés par l'employeur pour un déménagement à plus de 50 kilomètres de la résidence de la personne recrutée;
Possibilité de télétravail selon la politique en vigueur.
Traitement
Traitement annuel se situant entre 49 456 $ et 87 626 $ plus la prime d'éloignement.
