Accomplir divers travaux techniques reliés à des activités judiciaires et parajudiciaires
Ouvrir, fermer et classer les dossiers clients virtuels et physiques
Cueillir, saisir, transcrire et valider les informations contenues aux dossiers clients et apporter les corrections requises au besoin
Gérer l'ensemble des dossiers à volet contributif, de contestation à l'aide juridique et de récupération des coûts
Toutes autres tâches connexes
Exigences : La personne que nous recherchons doit :
Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (D.E.C) en techniques juridiques ou une attestation ou un certificat d'études collégiales (A.E.C. ou C.E.C.) en techniques juridiques
Posséder des capacités exceptionnelles pour le service à la clientèle
Avoir de bonnes connaissances informatiques
Détenir une bonne capacité d'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels
Avoir une bonne capacité à traiter et analyser l'information
Posséder d'excellentes aptitudes en communication
Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise
Être capable de gérer en temps opportun plusieurs tâches de front, tout en maintenant la qualité la plus élevée du service à la clientèle
Avoir de l'expérience en comptabilité (un atout)
Être capable d'utiliser le plumitif (un atout)
Détenir des connaissances de la Loi sur l'aide juridique et sur la prestation de certains autres services (un atout)

Discrétion dans la manipulation de données confidentielles
Bonnes connaissances de la suite Office 365
Semaine de travail : 35 heures
