Ce que tu auras à faire
Coordonner les besoins des vendeurs, clients et service à la clientèle;
Rédiger les lettres, et propositions clients autant en anglais, qu'en français;
Coordonner les expositions;
Préparer la documentation pour les différents évènements;
Assiste la direction des ventes dans les différents besoins et projets;
Faire de la traduction et correction de différents documents;
Coordonner l'installation en magasin; Gérer la cédule des installations en magasin.
Apporter su soutien dans le Soutenir le développement des ventes de l'entreprise;
Collaborer à l'élaboration du plan marketing (principalement B2B) et en assurer l'exécution ;
Assurer le développement des outils de ventes pour le marché de détail;
Maintenir à jour le site web et les différents réseaux sociaux associés à l'entreprise;
Travailler avec les agences et les partenaires et/ou aider à la création sur divers projets;
Établir et maintenir des liens de confiance avec les clients et les fournisseurs;
Coordonner et planifier le marketing numérique (envoi courriel, stratégies web…);
Représenter l'entreprise lors de divers évènements (corporatif, réseautage, salon. )
Réalisation de documents et de présentations électroniques et imprimés ;
Gestion des documents corporatifs et mise à jour des brochures corporatives ;
Mise en page et adaptation graphique diverses (visuels numériques, affiches, dépliants) ;
S'assurer du respect des normes graphiques de l'entreprise ;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Ce qu'on attend de toi :
Maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrateur, InDesign,), la suite MS Office (Word et Excel) ainsi que les réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, MailChimp, YouTube);
Avoir une solide compréhension des principes de marketing;
Parfaitement bilingue parlé et écrit (anglais, français);
Être dynamique;
Être en mesure d'accomplir plusieurs tâches en même temps;
2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine manufacturier (un atout);
De l'expérience B2B (un atout);
De l'expérience e-commerce.
