Taking a proactive approach to discovering our customer needs, listening to understand what they are asking for
Educating our customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice
Building our customer's comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
Developing, retaining and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience
Opportunities are available in the branch nearest to you as we are hiring across Turtle Island (Canada)

What you need to succeed:

The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence customer service.
You're self directed, performance oriented in your approach
Natural curiosity to uncover and solve for customers' need to help them achieve their financial goals
Willingness to complete industry related courses needed for their role which Scotiabank will support your learning journey with tuition reimbursement and focused learning groups
Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
