To provide Configuration and Data Management support to Aerospace programs/projects, with emphasis on the update and maintenance of the aircraft technical record. To provide administrative and technical support to Aerospace Engineering. To carry out assigned projects.

Review of new and revised drawings and drawing supplements (MEOs)
Review and release of engineering deliverables (CDRLs and SRQs).
Update and maintenance of PDMPlus
Support engineering activities by assigning unique identifiers for engineering documentation (Reports, TMs, PCNs, MEOs, SINs etc)
Monitoring incorporation of modification leaflets into affected drawings.
Support the CP140 Programs through review and processing of Requests for Engineering Services Non-Standard Repairs and Requests for Deviations and Waivers
Coordinating the preparation and release of Publication Change Notices.
Providing assistance to Engineering and Production personnel.
Researching and assembling material to write a consolidated report of TLIR and periodic reports
Participating in Review Meetings as applicable.
Assist in the preparation of in-house Standard Plant Procedures (SPPs), Administrative Directives (ADs), reports, Directives, memorandums, etc.
Carry out SPP mandated audits of Engineering drawings and documentation.
Liaise with customers concerning project details.
Respond to customer inquiries, carrying out research as required.
Generate and deliver Technical Data Action Notices (TDANs) to the customer
Carry out other duties/projects as assigned by the Manager, CM/DM.

What You Will Bring:

Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
Hands on experience in a related technical field, with an additional one year experience in configuration management preferred
One year experience in data management
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Detailed knowledge of configuration control and drawing standards preferred.
Proficient in MS Office suite
Self motivated and efficient
Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian Government Security Clearances.
