Sommaire du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e ergothérapeute qui souhaite travailler dans un milieu chaleureux, différent et innovateur. L'ergothérapeute devra s'intégrer à une équipe hors du commun travaillant de façon interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des services diversifiés.

Statut d'emploi : CPermanent
Salaire : Selon l'échelle salariale
Horaire : 3 à 4 jours / semaine, de 8h30 à 16h
Principales responsabilités
Prendre en charge les dossiers des 25 élèves
Faire l'évaluation de la capacité des élèves
Participer à la création des plans d'intervention de façon interdisciplinaire avec l'équipe de professionnelles (enseignantes, physiothérapeute, et psychoéducatrice au besoin)
Offrir des recommandations et de l'enseignement aux accompagnateurs éducatifs de chacun des élèves (création de fiches détaillées et personnalisées)
Offrir un suivi mensuel ou ponctuel, selon les besoins, aux 25 élèves et leur accompagnateur
Participer aux rencontres de bulletins avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire
Assurer un suivi auprès des parents des élèves et des autres professionnels externes
Possibilité de prendre part à des projets de développement en pédiatrie
Exigences
Être diplômé en ergothérapie (membre de l'ordre)
Expérience avec la clientèle polyhandicapée (DI, DP), un atout
Capacité et intérêt à faire de l'enseignement

Salaire : 26,00$ à 56,00$ par heure
