In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals looking to rent e-bikes for various purposes.
• Responsibilities:
• - Greet customers and assist them in choosing the right e-bike for their needs and preferences.- Provide customers with information about e-bike features, safety guidelines, and rental procedures.- Ensure that all waivers are correctly filled out, signed, and witnessed.
• Process rental agreements, collect payments, and maintain accurate rental records.- Ensure that the bikes and accessories are in good repair and batteries are charged before each rental.- Conduct brief orientations to demonstrate how to operate the e-bikes safely.- Assess participants skills and ability to ride.- Ensure e-bikes are properly maintained, charged, and cleaned after each rental.- Be an advocate for safety on the road and in the wilderness.- Inspect e-bikes for any damages or issues before and after each rental.- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have during their rental experience.- Promote additional services or products offered by the rental shop.- Maintain a clean and organized rental shop environment.Position RequirementsEnglish Fluency Level required for positionAdvancedJob Requirements
• Qualifications:
• - High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous customer service experience is preferred.- Strong knowledge of e-bikes and bike maintenance is required.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical Requirements:
