Process telephone callsProcess group arrivals and departuresRegister arriving guests and assign roomsProcess guests' departures, calculate charges and receive paymentTake, cancel, and change room reservationsResolve minor guest complaints and refer to Hotel Manager or Front Desk Supervisor as requiredRefer major guest complaints to Hotel Manager or Front Desk SupervisorBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related formsProvide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interestArrange services required for guests with special needsProvide information regarding room status and special guests to other departmentsLearn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughlyLearn the Night Audit proceduresPerform related Front Desk duties as directed by SupervisorWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:
