About the Role:

Reporting

The Structures Technician, Manufacturing reports directly to the Manufacturing Lead.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

Cut, form, drill, and rivet aluminum and other materials.

Ensure all manufacturing processes performed are carried out to a high level of quality.

Coordinate with the Manufacturing Manager on all production requirements for the assigned manufacturing work.

Ensure all tools and equipment being utilized meet calibration and storage requirements and are in good working order.

Sign manufacturing travelers and work orders for work accomplished - completely and accurately.

Ensure the work environment is safe and clean.

Promote company values, vision and mission.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant role. "S" license considered an asset but not required.

Possess good oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.

Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of aircraft sheet metal experience preferred.

Previous experience with Quantum considered an asset.

Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset.
