About the Role

This role offers a unique mix of work, for a range of highly experienced and supportive Partners. You will work for major lenders, banks and insolvency professionals in relation to:

• Insolvency and restructuring; and
• Small business debt recovery.

You will also act for Indigenous organisations and foundations, and various large Not for Profit and arts organisations in relation to general commercial advice, contractual drafting and disputes, advice regarding financial sustainability, restructuring and disability provisions.

This wonderful opportunity offers you the chance to work on both litigious and non-litigious work, expanding your skills base.

About You

Our Partners are seeking your energy, your passion for law and your litigation experience. You may be an insurance litigator who has been looking for a way out of insurance, or a general litigator interested in honing your skills into more of a commercial litigation and insolvency direction.

If you have a strong academic background, the desire and ability to learn from leaders in their industry, and you are a good team player, then we would like to hear from you now!
