Vaco is hiring an Accountant for one of our clients in Milwaukee, WI.
This is a direct hire, full-time onsite position.

Top things they will be handling:

Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely payments
Compute taxes (including sales taxes) and prepare tax returns (not required but desirable).
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Software:
Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Peachtree, Sage

Must haves:
Wide variety of accounting skills.
Ability to help in multiple areas and assist with anything from transactional to budget
