DISTRICT SALES MANAGER - UNIT We are looking for a District Sales Manager who will report to the Director, Sales & General Manager Marine, and who'll be tasked with managing a group of dealers to deliver dollar-per-unit growth by product line through successful wholesale.
As part of your role, you'll be influencing dealer retail activities through in-store unit best practices in ways that also contribute to dealer loyalty.
You'll be at the forefront of driving growth at BRP.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Develop and execute a per-product strategic sales plan to deliver district sales targets by engaging dealers in BRP programs and influencing dealer behaviors through BRP's four key Unit Best Practices (Inventory Management, Sales Process, Retail Environment, Product Training)Plan and obtain a specific action plan for key Focus Dealers to achieve amplified dollar-per-unit targeted lift by influencing dealers into adopting BRP's four key Unit and Parts, Accessories, and Apparel Best PracticesReach Unit Certification quarterly targets to improve retail customer experience along with network Unit purchasing experienceSupport corporate shows and events along with Unit related dealer activitiesTrain dealers and their staff on product features and; benefits to ensure they are well-equipped for successful retail performanceYOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Required:
5 plus years of relevant sales experienceStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem-solveCommunication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsInitiative:
Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideasInterpersonal skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departmentsPlease note, this position is managing a group of dealers withinArkansas, Tennessee, Missouri, Southern Illinois & Western Kentucky.
The selected candidate must reside within the territory.
Travel up to 80% of the time is required.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration, sales)Powersports or Marine industry experienceDealership sales experienceSocial Media posting experience Do you have other qualifications?
