How you will make an impact as a Care Coordinator:
Act as direct contact for patients until clinical portion of patient journey completed
Prep all Sinus CT scan patient appointments
Fluently communicate necessary information to patient in order to overcome barriers or hesitations, and to move forward in their patient journey
Facilitate patient communication regarding their procedures, including insurance benefits/deposits, authorization status, out-of-pocket costs, payments plan, and pre-operative instructions
Maintain specific job knowledge including remaining up to date on any ADVENT driven sales training
Own location's cancellation and no-show procedures, giving personalized attempts to reschedule
Cross train as a Medical Assistant and Patient Services Representative
What we're looking for in a Care Coordinator: Best in Class Customer Service experience in any business area preferred
Experience with insurance and out-of-pocket patient responsibility preferred
High comfort level with medical terminology and financial conversations
Strong communication skills: verbal/written, listening, and building rapport
Excellent skills in ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
Ability to travel between ADVENT Oconomowoc and Mequon clinics
