With 40+ clinics across Washington and Oregon, we offer a wide range of services such as medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health. Our holistic model also extends assistance to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical/dental clinics.

What We Offer

$27-$33/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You'll Do:

Manage the full recruiting cycle, including identification, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for potential hire
Plan and execute recruitment activities for assigned units and attend job fairs, conferences, and events to attract talent
Partner with leadership to develop sourcing strategies and maintain knowledge of business units
Maintain applicant data, conduct verifications, administer assessments, and develop job offers with pay equity in mind
Support diversity hiring goals, build community relationships, and coordinate outreach efforts
Collaborate with recruiting leadership to enhance brand awareness and social media presence
Perform additional assigned duties

The Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration or related field
Associate's Degree and two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree; High School Diploma or GED and four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
Two years of recruitment experience, including pre-screening candidates, participating in interviews, and providing guidance to hiring managers, preferably in the healthcare
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
