Astria Health is seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team!

As a Occupational Therapist, t his position is responsible for assisting with the occupational therapy management of patient under the direction and supervision of the Director, Therapy Services. You will:

Evaluates patients and interprets evaluation findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction,
Establish treatment goals and plans to achieve objectives,
Implement treatment programs through direct treatment of the patient,
When needed, delegate portions of treatment plans to appropriate supportive specialist and personnel, and coordinate the treatment plan with other healthcare personnel as appropriate,
Provide advice and education to patient, family and designated caregivers,
Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progress and the need to modify goals and treatment,
Oversee discharge therapy when patient has received maximum benefit from occupational therapy,
Oversee all documentation in a timely manner for the physical therapy patient management,

Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

Requirements

What you bring to this role:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
Current Washington State Physical Therapy licensure.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)certification.
Graduate of accredited physical therapy curriculum.
Demonstrated knowledge with industry standards related to patient care and safety.
Minimum of one year of experience in an orthopedic, rehabilitative or neurological clinical healthcare setting.
Oral and written fluency in the English language.

SummaryPay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
