JOB:
In this role, you will work very closely with the director of sales to help train new sales reps and improve the performance of existing reps. You will be responsible for training Business Development Representatives (BDRs) both in the field and in the office. Your responsibilities will include tracking sales metrics, conducting role plays, updating training materials, and providing recommendations to the Director of Sales to ensure the success of BDRs. You will oversee BDR reps in each market: Seattle, Portland/Salem, Denver, and Phoenix.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years of Outside Sales Experience (preferred)
3+ years of sales leadership and sales training
Competitive attitude and drive for success
Must be able to travel 1-2 weeks per month
Must live in/near Seattle - In-Office position when not in the field
