Providence is offering up to $18,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $12,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment!

Join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Providence caregiver, you'll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time, 36 hours per week, Variable Shift
• Part-Time, 24 hours per week, Variable Shift
• Full-Time, 36 hours per week, Night Shift

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• Experience Required for RN Resident: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
• Experience Required for Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of Nursing experience

Preferred qualifications:

• upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.
