IT Concepts is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager who will provide supervisory support for all IT operations and sustainment in the DHHQ Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) environment, centrally managed at the DHHQ, on a 24x7x365 basis. The candidate will execute work within an Open Secret level environment, be responsible for all ATO/RMF activities/tasks and maintain the DHHQ SIPRNet ATO.

From a project management perspective, the candidate will be managing and directing activities of a large multi-disciplinary IT support groups as well as developing complex IT program plans to address needs and requirements. Additional duties will include investigating/resolving problems, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests, managing Subcontractors' staff, and executing program/business plans. The candidate will have the opportunity to direct assign work to personnel, multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives.

• SIPRNet Storage Infrastructure Support Services

• SIPRNet Token Issuance & Administration

• SIPRNet Security Operations Support Services

• SIPRNet Network Infrastructure Support Services

• SIPRNet Fiber Alarm Management Support

• SIPRNet DHA Readiness Systems Sustainment and Support

Additional responsibilities:

• Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects

• Leads and guides the work of technical staff

• Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

• Plans project stages and assess business implications for each stage

• Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met

• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments

• Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks

• Performs independent thinking and difficult tasks and supervises others
