Each of our Design Centers houses state-of-the-art showrooms, dedicated trade sales teams, and on-site warehouses.
Since 1972, Mosaic has been working with the motto of everything matters, meaning no detail is left behind.As a Design Consultant, you are responsible for creating and closing sales opportunities directly with customers.
This includes the recommendation, selection, and, most importantly, sale of various home interior products.
This position is expected to maintain a sales-focused attitude in conjunction with the ability to provide customers with an exceptional experience.
Additionally, the Design Consultant will develop lasting relationships with customers to continually build sales and grow business.
What You'll Do:
Work with clients to assist in the selection of various interior products, including flooring materials, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, and accessories.Communicate with trade partners to ensure project goals and expectations are met.Use selling techniques to achieve the desired aesthetic that leads to a confirmed sale of merchandise.Build customer confidence by creating value through the features and benefits of products and materials.Develop ongoing relationships with builders and contractors to create mutually beneficial partnerships.Serve as a team player amongst the branch staff to occasionally assist with operational duties, as needed.Communicate with the Design Center team to ensure sales goals are achieved.Requirements:
