Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B.
Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion.

In addition to the number of activities performed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked [each week].
This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

Hunt offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time:
medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), two weeks of paid parental leave, and six days with holiday pay.

HAZMAT Certified within 90 days of hire on the acct required.

Position Details
Regional position where the drivers will be delivering roofing materials to job sites and warehouses.
Driver will be hauling buckets of palletized glue and sometimes flammable gas on pallets which require Hazmat Shipper will load all products onto flatbed trailers.
While at the receivers, the receivers will unload.
80%-90% of loads are Hazmat Account will reimburse Hazmat cost after 90 days.
Special requirements:

Drivers are required to strap their loads.
Tarping is required at times.
When strapping, the driver walks up stairs while harnessed and will be 10 feet off of the ground.
Drivers must be willing to run mountain routes any time of the year.
Drivers are required to chain during the winter months.
(this occurs on average 15 times but it is subject to change for the weather) Truck Info:
