We are a privately owned precision manufacturer of parts, components, and assemblies for the aerospace market. We get to manufacture complex aerospace parts for the biggest names in aerospace and defense. From high-tech military jets to the most sophisticated aircraft in the commercial and private sectors, if it flies, chances are we have a part in it. Our diverse capabilities - including sheet metal fabrication, machining, chemical and paint finishing, and structural assembly - make us a convenient single-source supplier for our customers.
A Painter is responsible for managing and planning the jobs that need to be painted each day. They are also responsible for mixing, measuring, and spraying different paints for detailed aerospace parts per customer requirements.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
No experience necessary, OJT provided
Working knowledge of HVLP guns, pressure pots and cup guns
Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, etc.
Working knowledge of traveler (router, bill of materials, etc.)
Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
Strong teamwork and communication skills to get along with co-workers and be a team player
Understand and follow safety requirements
Commitment to keep work area clean and free of debris (5S)
