is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team in The Woodlands, TX area.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Associate duties include but not limited to the following:
General customer support and interaction Assist sales teams in exploring customer needs during the course of the sales process Processes quotes on behalf of the sales team Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, job coordination, P.O.
status and resolving problems Lead collections efforts working with customers in conjunction with Accounting and Account Managers to collect past due payments Work with LSI operations team as needed to ensure projects are executed in a manner that fulfill the customers' needs Maintain a small number of accounts directly as requested Works under general supervision Assists or leads productivity projects as requested Learns and understands the LSI service offerings Some domestic travel required Qualifications:
Qualifications:
