About Outsourced Risk Managers :
(part of the PCF Insurance Services Network) Outsourced Risk Managers is a commercial insurance brokerage that specializes in risk management and consulting services.
Our proven approach consistently results in successful policy placement for our clients.
Our team is comprised of six highly skilled full-time staff members, as well as multiple contractors who work collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive & Office Manager with strong leadership skills to effectively manage our renewal book and lead a service team consisting of four support account managers.
Your organizational and time management expertise will be critical in ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage client service and renewal book as the team leader
Oversee a service team composed of four account managers
Onboard large amounts of new business, and place new and renewal business
Possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage the team
Utilize hyper-organizational abilities to ensure efficient workflow
Master time management techniques to optimize productivity
Delegate and document client interactions and service requests for accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications:

Seeking skilled commercial insurance service professional with 5+ years of experience
Experience managing a team
Positive attitude and can-do spirit
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
Compensation:
Competitive Salary commensurate with experience + Commission

Full-Time, M-F, 8:
00 AM- 5:
