Position: Director of Field Marketing
Location: Central Austin - onsite 2-3x per week + travel

Salary: $140,000- $150,000
We have a unique opportunity for a Director of Field Marketing to build the team, develop and lead the field marketing strategy, and represent one of the coolest restaurant brands in the country!
This is a Full Time, direct hire position located in Austin, TX. Relocation offered. Hybrid schedule 2-3 days in the office a week.
The highly experienced and strategic Director of Field Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive field marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, drive business growth, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability for achieving targeted results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Strategy Development and Execution - own the development and execution of field marketing strategies, utilizing market insights, customer data, and competitive analysis to engage customers through experiential activations
+ Collaboration with Leadership and Stakeholders - report to the CEO and work alongside the C-suite to define and refine KPIs
+ The Director of Field Marketing will be accountable for achieving field marketing results, continuously monitoring performance against KPIs, and implementing adjustments, as necessary.
+ Develop programs to analyze performance and business data, identify best practices and learnings, and turn them into actionable plans
-Own the local marketing strategy for new store openings, incorporating social media to engage and grow the customer base
+ Drive strategies to ensure consistent and positive same-store sales (SSS) growth and transaction growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing field marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
+ MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business,or related field (preferred but not required)
+ Restaurant or QSR industry experience
+ Must live in Austin, TX (relocation offered) - Hybrid schedule 2-3 days a week in the office
+ Ability to travel us to 50% fo the time to various field locations across the US and to corporate meetings
+ Proven track record of achieving measurable marketing results
+ Proven experience in developing and executing field marketing strategies at a senior
level
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
+ Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing marketing budgets
