Qualifications:

Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
Desired Traits: Experience with center-based, early intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.

Compensation & Incentives
Base Compensation: $74,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.
Eligible to join our Pathways to Progress Program: Receive Up to 40K over 5 years in addition to base compensation.
Includes Sign-On Bonus $10K OR Relocation Assistance up to $10K.
20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.

Orientation & Training: All BCBAs receive a fully customized virtual orientation at the center hired, along with 6 weeks of ongoing training.

RBT training provide more interaction and collaboration; including a RBT Buddy that will check in with new hires and support them through training.
