LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading home furnishing company dedicated to providing high-quality, stylish and functional furniture and home decor to customers around the world.
They are committed to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service.
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in their Carrollton, TX office.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

Implement strategies to maximize collections and minimize outstanding accounts receivable balances.
Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments through phone calls, emails and written correspondence
Generate invoices accurately and timely for products and services provided to clients.
Ensure invoices are distributed promptly via email, mail or electronic platforms
Monitor incoming payments and process transactions in a timely manner.
Apply payments to customer accounts accurately and reconcile discrepancies as needed
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or payments
Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service in addressing inquiries, resolving disputes and facilitating payment arrangements when necessary
Generate regular reports on accounts receivable aging, cash flow and collection activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis of receivables data

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:

3+ years in an Accounts Receivable role
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
