Minimum 3 years' experience in a semi is required.
Be able to communicate with co-workers and customers effectively and professionally. Bi-lingual? That's a plus!
Having some experience with construction equipment helps but is not required.
Know your metro! Familiarize yourself with your surroundings, or at least be able to tell Google to get you from point A to B.
