Director of Customer Service

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Develop and enhance the customer experience across the organization.
Oversee a team of managers, to assist in improving efficiency and quality of service.
Provide leadership for a team of customer service professionals.
Work side-by-side with multiple teams to improve processes.
Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators).
Develop and implement training programs.
Handle escalated customer service issues.
