Our client, a leading technology integrator specializing in software and imaging systems, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team in Myrtle Beach, SC. As their CFO, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, managing accounting functions, and supporting growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage accounting for inventory items and sales administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a technology or closely held corporation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and inventory management.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with financial software and systems.
