Full *A Day in the Life:* Provide exceptional customer service You will anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests in a timely manner. You will maintain positive guest relations at all times. You will resolve guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:*

Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company.

Review all required documentation to ensure accuracy.

Accurately process, verify, and/or submit documentation and orders.

Answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals.

Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.

Participate in educational programs as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
