The Per Diem Surgery RN position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.

We are seeking a Per Diem Surgery RN to join our dedicated team at Oregon Reproductive Medicine in Portland, OR. This is a per diem position, working 5 shifts per quarter, Monday-Friday with start times ranging from 6:
00AM to 7:
00AM (Shifts are typically 7-9 hours, with some variation). Occasional weekends with start times ranging from 7:
00AM to 8:
30AM (Shifts are typically 3-5 hours with some variation) and occasional holidays with start times ranging from 7:
00AM to 8:
30AM per month (Shifts are typically 4-6 hours with some variation).

RESPONISBILITES

Performing pre and post-operative care
Circulating in the OR
Assists with cases
Communicating complex post-operative instructions to patients
Working closely with fellow nursing staff, Anesthesiologist, surgical techs and Physicians to ensure superior patient care
Circulating in the surgery department
Good judgment, even in emergent situations

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Valid Oregon Registered Nursing license
BSN preferred
2+ years of PACU RN experience required
Women's health experience preferred
IV skills
ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$41.74 - $56.51 hourly

The compensation range for this position is between $41.74 and $56.51 per hour.Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance.
