Sr. Business Analytics Consultant - Retail Finance Analytics and Reporting

As a Sr.
Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Retail Finance organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; Philadelphia, PA; or Atlanta, GAThis position is primarily based in a PNC location.
Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Responsibilities:
• Utilize SQL, SAS, or other coding languages to extract data for monthly reporting, business cases, ad hoc analyses, and data research support.• Modify existing code and develop original processes to meet evolving data needs.• Present data effectively using Tableau, Excel, and SQL, ensuring optimal performance with large datasets.
Collaborate with other data analysts and modelers in Finance and other departments, educating peers and making recommendations for data field inclusions.• Looking to streamline processes, improve scalability, while implementing adequate controls and validation measures.• Document processes and procedures to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.Position Requirements:
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar coding languages.• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel.• Problem-solving skills to break down complex coding issues and gaps.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Have communication skills to explain ideas or work methods clearly, ask and answer questions productively.• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data integrity and process documentation. Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:
