The Role

Our Banking & Financial Services Consulting group are seeking a talented and experienced ACBS Functional Consultant to join the team.
As an ACBS Functional Consultant, the Individual will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) platform.
The incumbent will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the ACBS framework.

As a Manager, Consulting (which is a Senior Manager level position) this means leading a team of Consultants through a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain; meaningfully contributing to the sales process through a mix of RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and flawless delivery; creating service offerings and/or client partner training materials; and contributing to PeopleCare initiatives, recruiting, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to commercial lending and loan servicing.
• Support configuration and customization of the ACBS platform to meet the unique needs of the client.
• Provide expertise in ACBS modules such as customer service, payments, credit administration, syndications, and collateral management.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and functionality of ACBS implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ACBS functionality and integration with other systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to commercial lending and ACBS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or PGDM degree Preferred

• 15+ years of experience in financial services and commercial lending

• Experience working on ACBS implementation and upgrade

• Experience in the banking industry from loan origination and servicing to reporting

• Specialized in ACBS product consulting, business assessments and evaluations, project management, service delivery, customer relations, process improvements, integration and automation solutions and data management strategies.
