This position is located in Apollo, PA
As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) you ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for managing the nursing department of the nursing home.

Requirements
Valid and active RN license
Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
History of implementing nursing policies and procedures
Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred
Encompass a patient care first belief and puts those beliefs into practice
Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others
